This coaching intensive is designed to help you focus on one of these areas: 1. Become comfortable speaking in front of a live audience. 2. Become comfortable being on camera, recording videos and be interviewed 3. Eliminate website and social media "shame". 4. Create a plan to finally write and publishing your book. May be you need to overcome anxiety, worry and over-thinking. I know how it feels, having written "Return To Joyful Living, Reclaiming Life From Fear, Anxiety And Toxic Overthinking".
