I am passionate about helping leaders in ministry and business regain clarity, create a strategy and move forward with a renewed confidence and sense of purpose. I mentor and teach from a God-centered spiritual perspective by connecting with our Creator on a deepest level. ​

My Story

I was raised in Ukraine, then part of the USSR, a society built on dominance and fear. I also know firsthand how difficult it is to move to a different country, adjust and reinvent yourself in a new place.

​

With a degree in Mathematics and quarter of a century of teaching experience it was time to pursue new passions and I switched careers after the age of forty. I put to use decades of studying personal development, applied psychology , theology and Bible and became a Certified Christian Life Coach.

​

After battling severe anxiety I wrote Return to Joyful Living: Reclaiming Life From Fear, Anxiety and Toxic Overthinking. This book describes my personal story of overcoming acute stress and anxiety and yet again becoming empowered, purposeful, joyful and fulfilled. 

​

I love to live a balanced life and in my spare time I read, work out, go to the beach or cook gourmet meals. My other hobbies are gardening, cross stitching and knitting.  When in my beloved Europe, I spend time with friends, visit theaters and museums and go to the seaside.

​

I made my home in beautiful California, where I live with my husband, son, and two Pomeranians. I enjoy the freedom to travel for work and pleasure, addressing audiences and serving my clients from anywhere in the world.
