  • magazines

  Optional supplies

  • printed quotes

  • markers

  • stickers

In preparation for this retreat I suggest you look through a few magazines you like.

Pull out pictures and words/expressions that speak to you and place them in a file.

You may also print them out from the Internet.

Welcome! I am Lena Giffoni, speaker, author, and a Christian Life Coach.

 

A while back I hosted my first Virtual Vision Board Retreat. Over the years numerous participants from different parts of the world joined this unique experience.

 

Over the years I taught numerous classes and workshops, but leading these unique retreats has been on the top on my list.​
